In this interactive class, you’ll learn about your unique mind-body type, explore how food and daily routines can restore balance, and take home simple seasonal tips to boost your energy and vitality. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use right away—and a fresh perspective on how to naturally support your health from the inside out. In this workshop, Tina will cover: • The origins and purpose of Ayurveda • How the elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) shape our health • The three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and how to discover your constitution • Signs of imbalance and ways to stay balanced throughout the seasons • Daily practices (Dinacharya) to support wellness • Using food as medicine, including the Six Tastes and their effects ✨ You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of how your body functions, responds to the environment and thrives with seasonal alignment.
